1、Climbing frame components:

Main components include upper and lower load-bearing beams, vertical keel, guide rail, corner column, wall attached support, lifting bracket, electric hoist, protective mesh, steel plate punching mesh, patterned keel plate, steel plate grid keel plate, rigid support, intelligent control system accessories, diagonal chord, turnover plate, internal cantilever plate, machine position arrester, etc

2、Working principle of climbing frame:

The specially designed lifting mechanism is fixed (attached) to the building, and the scaffold is connected with the lifting mechanism, but it can move relatively. The power equipment fixed on the lifting mechanism can lift or lower the scaffold, so as to realize the climbing or lowering of the scaffold.

3、Assembly process flow of climbing frame:

A. set up the platform before climbing frame assembly → B. lay the keel plate → C. connect the keel plate → D. install the fixed connecting rod of the frame body → E. butt joint of the vertical keel → F. install the protective mesh at the corner column → G. connect the guide rail with the keel plate → H. connect the guide rail → I. install the protective mesh support buckle → J. connect the protective mesh with the support buckle → K. install the wall attachment and the unloading jack → l install the inner cantilever plate and turnover plate → M install the baseboard → N connect the horizontal tie bar → O install the components of the electric hoist → P hang the electric hoist → Q install the upper and lower bearing beams → R install the standard wall attached support → S install the horizontal wall attached support → T install the diagonal tie rod → U install the vertical diagonal chord

4、Key technical points of climbing frame:

According to the mandatory provisions of JGJ202-2010 technical code for safety of construction tool scaffold:

The frame height shall not be more than 5 times the floor height

② The frame width shall not be more than 1.2m

③ The support span of the frame arranged in a straight line shall not be greater than 7m, and the outer distance of the frame arranged in a broken line or curve shall not be greater than 5.4m at the support points of the adjacent two main frames

④ The horizontal cantilever length of the frame body shall not be more than 2m, and shall not be more than 1 / 2 of the span

⑤ The product of the whole height of the scaffold and the support span shall not be greater than 110 ㎡

5、Before climbing frame lifting:

① Before lifting, clean up the garbage in the frame and open all flaps

② During lifting, no one is allowed to stay on the scaffold. The operator can operate in the floor. It is forbidden to walk on the scaffold

③ Before lifting the climbing frame, it is necessary to check that the unloading device, anti falling device and anti tipping device are in working condition

④ Open the movable keel plate and protective mesh at the attachment of tower crane

⑤ Before lifting, all flaps are open

6、After climbing frame lifting:

① After the frame body is lifted in place, it shall be unloaded with a jacking device, and each machine position shall be equipped with at least two layers of unloading jacking devices.
